The solution implemented was CiviCRM, which iXiam found easy to install and use. This initial positive experience led them to adopt the platform professionally, becoming a prominent provider of Spanish-speaking CiviCRM support and implementation. As a result, CiviCRM-related work became a core part of their business, allowing them to serve major international NGOs and even UNESCO, and ultimately leading them to launch their own CiviCRM as a Service platform called Civi-Go.
