A CiviCRM Case Study
International Service for Human Rights (ISHR) is a Geneva-based nonprofit that works with governments, NGOs and individuals to protect human rights defenders and promote implementation of national, regional and international protection mechanisms. To coordinate its advocacy, preventative initiatives and broad partner network, ISHR needed a more effective way to manage contacts, outreach and casework across multiple stakeholders.
CiviCRM implemented a centralized constituent relationship system for ISHR, consolidating contacts and supporting advocacy and outreach workflows. The CiviCRM deployment streamlined ISHR’s operations, improved engagement with partners and stakeholders, and delivered measurable improvements in contact management and outreach efficiency, strengthening ISHR’s ability to coordinate protection initiatives.
