Australian Health Professionals Association sought to increase engagement with members who provide health services in remote parts of Australia and needed a mobile‑responsive website and CRM to reduce the administrative workload of managing multiple membership types. They selected CiviCRM to handle webinars, a mentoring‑match program, member search with Google Maps, custom reports and groups, but faced complex configuration, data migration and the challenge of training staff who had previously worked from spreadsheets.

CiviCRM was configured and populated with imported data (with Agileware performing the migration, styling and implementation), and staff received multiple focused training sessions plus ongoing support to build CRM skills and smooth onboarding. The project saved the organisation many hours of manual effort, streamlined membership administration, improved access for remote health workers and increased member engagement, with continued CiviCRM support ensuring staff can get help as the system evolves.
