The French-Mexican Chamber of Commerce, which fosters business ties between France and Mexico, had been managing members and events with Excel spreadsheets and needed more meaningful member contact, reliable membership tracking, and better event registration and promotion. To solve this, the Chamber adopted the CiviCRM platform (used in Spanish at their office).

CiviCRM provided online event registration, automated membership directory updates, membership expiration tracking, mailings and reports, and an employment page—removing manual updates and saving staff time. As a result, the Chamber reports increased event attendance, stronger member loyalty, faster staff workflows, and easier contact and payment tracking thanks to CiviCRM.
