Seamless Relocation, a social service that helps older and vulnerable people move home, was struggling to manage current and past clients, prospects and resources using Excel spreadsheets, especially when staff were out of the office. They implemented CiviCRM with CiviCase to provide a more scalable, robust CRM and case-management system.

CiviCRM enabled staff to check and update client records and relocation addresses from anywhere and to continue exporting and analysing data in Excel; a custom report showing the most recent entries first gave an intuitive view that replaced the old spreadsheets. As a result, Seamless Relocation achieved more consistent, accessible records and simpler reporting, improving data accuracy and staff ability to manage clients while retaining Excel-based statistics.
