Foundation tracks up-to-date and in-depth donor information

The Webster Grooves School District Foundation is a volunteer-run nonprofit that supports academic programs, scholarships and professional development. Facing limits with their previous E-tapestry system, lack of direct control over a district-hosted site, and a board with little donor-management experience, the Foundation needed an easy-to-update website plus reliable online donations, event registration and donor tracking—requirements met by a new Drupal site built with CiviCRM.

CiviCRM was implemented to provide donor management, event management, online donations and reporting. Using CiviCRM the Foundation can consistently track up-to-date, in-depth donor information, process donations more efficiently, manage event registrations, and analyze data through multiple report types—giving volunteers the tools to maintain the site and improve fundraising operations.
