The National Storytelling Network (NSN) faced challenges with an outdated and inconsistent member directory built on CiviCRM. They needed a modernized "Hire a Teller" feature to improve both the search experience and allow members to update their own information.
The vendor, Tadpole Collective, implemented a solution using CiviCRM’s SearchKit to create a robust and comprehensive member query and a new display for search results. They used CiviCRM’s Form Builder to construct the front-end user interface for filtering. This upgraded system significantly improved the user experience and administrative efficiency for NSN, allowing members to easily update their own profiles and photos while visitors enjoy a modern directory with more reliable and comprehensive search capabilities.
