Initiatives of Change (Caux, Switzerland) needed a single CRM to centralize organisational data and simplify bulk mailing across national societies. They chose CiviCRM (deployed on Drupal) and planned to introduce CiviMail to manage newsletters; the main challenge was synchronizing several existing systems and mail lists as Caux was the first IofC branch to adopt the platform.

CiviCRM delivered a central database and CiviMail-powered bulk mailing, giving staff in multiple locations hassle-free online access and a simple process for sending e-newsletters. Implemented with Kampaweb and IofC developers, CiviCRM resolved synchronization issues with legacy lists and established a scalable foundation for step-by-step rollout to other Initiatives of Change members, improving outreach and data-management efficiency.
