A CiviCRM Case Study
SCOPE Access, a New South Wales nonprofit that helps frail older people and people with disabilities remain living at home, was struggling with fragmented client records, poor project workflow visibility and burdensome government reporting. Seeking a CRM with strong case-management and reporting capabilities, SCOPE Access moved to CiviCRM (using CiviCase and activities) with implementation support from Energetica to replace multiple legacy systems and unify data collection.
Energetica scoped and implemented CiviCRM, building CiviCase workflows, scheduled-activity alerts, custom fields and a tailored reporting tool to meet Australian Department of Health and Ageing (HACC) requirements. The CiviCRM solution centralized client data (eliminating duplicate entry), gave staff a single task-view, improved project tracking and communications, and made government and board reporting far easier and more reliable—while also managing for‑profit services that fund their nonprofit work.
