Disability Power & Pride - Customer Case Study

Disability Power & Pride, a nonprofit that unifies the disabled community and promotes disability leadership, faced the challenge of managing event registration, donor payments and an unusually detailed database of candidate profiles (hundreds of fields) for federal employment endorsements while keeping the site accessible on Drupal. To meet those needs they selected CiviCRM (integrated with Drupal) as their CRM backbone.

Lattice Group implemented CiviCRM to provide membership, fundraising and event management—handling reservations, payments and reporting for events like the annual gala, consolidating online and offline donations and pledges in a single contact database, and enabling personalized contribution pages and “bonus” items to support canvassing, petitions and grassroots lobbying. CiviCRM supplied the infrastructure to manage the complex, high‑detail profiles and delivered measurable improvements in streamlined event management, centralized donor tracking and expanded campaign functionality.
