Developing an Online Application System for Clore Leadership

Northbridge Digital worked with Clore Leadership, a UK arts and culture non-profit, to tackle the challenge of managing highly complex, heavily oversubscribed applications for its annual Fellowship Programme and short courses. The organisation needed a way for applicants, nominators, and assessors to securely log in online, work through application stages over time, and manage multiple roles and workflows in one system using CiviCRM.

Northbridge Digital implemented an online application portal built around CiviCRM and CiviCase, allowing applicants to complete staged applications, nominators to submit supporting evidence, and external assessors to review and score applications through custom screens. The system also stores all related applicant, nominator, and assessor data in CiviCase, gives staff visibility through moderator screens, and enables PDF downloads of full applications, helping Clore Leadership run several application programmes more efficiently.
