The Italian American Chamber of Commerce of Texas wanted a simple online experience so members could conduct all interactions with the chamber digitally. To meet that challenge they adopted CiviCRM (deployed on Drupal) to handle membership management, online sign-ups and renewals, event management, sponsor and partner payments, surveys and online voting, awards administration, and mentoring-program management.
CiviCRM implemented an integrated solution that put membership, payments, events and communications online, giving members self‑service access and staff a single system for reporting and administration. The CiviCRM rollout transformed the organisation, delivering a huge increase in membership while streamlining renewals, payments and event management.
