A CiviCRM Case Study
The National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors faced an outgrown website and a cumbersome membership database that needed extensive cleanup. To modernize their site and member services they adopted Tadpole’s WordPress+CiviCRM LaunchPad, implementing CiviCRM to replace the old system and provide a mobile-friendly, easier-to-manage platform.
Using CiviCRM, NADOI now manages contacts, membership, donations, event registration (CiviEvent), and email communications (CiviMail), with PayPal handling payments for donations, dues and event fees. CiviCRM enabled members to promote books and merchandise on the site, streamlined Annual Gathering registration, improved data integrity after migration, and—after a year—continues to support new feature rollouts with Tadpole’s CiviCRM help services.
