Progressive Technology Project (PTP) is a nonprofit that builds the capacity of community organizing groups through training, funding, consulting, tech assistance, and appropriate technologies. Faced with the need for a shared system to support common organizing workflows and to track constituents’ engagement, PTP adopted CiviCRM, using its new components CiviEngage and CiviCampaign.

CiviCRM implemented these enhancements to create a common platform of features that support community organizing workflows and let groups track their constituency’s engagement and organizing efforts. The result was a unified toolset from CiviCRM that streamlined processes and enabled consistent engagement tracking across partner organizations; the case study did not provide quantitative metrics.
