TCCR, a leading central London provider of affordable couple counselling and psychotherapy, wanted to replace multiple manual systems with a single CRM and case management platform to manage the full client journey. They needed support for client interactions, room and appointment bookings, HR management, finance, and complex reporting, so they turned to CiviCRM.
CiviCRM, implemented by Compuco, was configured with CiviCase and tailored to TCCR’s exact needs, including custom screen layouts, finance enhancements, calendar-based room and appointment booking, and a security policy for the hosted solution. CiviCRM also added an online appointment booking module and integrated reporting tools, saving administrative staff hours of manual scheduling and giving TCCR flexible performance-friendly access to statistical data for research and training.
