CiviCase implementation for leading central London couples therapy organisation

Tavistock Relationships, a London couples therapy organisation, needed to replace multiple manual systems with a single CRM and case management platform to manage end-to-end client interactions, room and appointment bookings, HR, finance and complex reporting. They selected the open-source CiviCRM platform, with Compucorp appointed to configure and install the solution to their exact requirements.

Compucorp implemented CiviCRM (including the Case Management module), enhanced finance handling, integrated a calendar for room and appointment bookings and developed an online booking module and a separate reporting engine. The CiviCRM-based system eliminated hours of manual scheduling by allowing clients to self-book, improved security and performance, and provides robust, extractable statistical reporting used in Tavistock Relationships’ research and training.
