Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation is a Taiwan-based nonprofit that provides holistic care for cleft palate and craniofacial deformities and promotes social acceptance. Facing challenges around adopting its processes into a CRM and localizing/debugging a Chinese-language system, the Foundation chose CiviCRM (implemented in Chinese and integrated with Drupal) with implementation support from NETivism to meet its outreach and fundraising needs.

CiviCRM was deployed to handle newsletter distribution, fundraising, event registration and contact management, with NETivism assisting in planning and localization. As a result, Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation can more effectively maintain and improve constituent relationships, streamline fundraising (about 70% of donations come from individual donors) and manage events and contacts — demonstrating measurable improvements in relationship and fundraising management after implementing CiviCRM.
