Art for Impact is a small Vancouver-based arts nonprofit that raises funds through interdisciplinary events. After a bad experience with prior ticketing providers, they needed a reliable event and contact-management solution; the Incipe Cooperative quickly deployed a CiviCRM installation so Art for Impact could create events, sell tickets online, and migrate a multi-hundred contact list into a CiviCRM group for CiviMail.

Using CiviCRM, Art for Impact ran their first event under the new system and raised nearly $2,000 in one night, including donations facilitated through CiviCRM. The platform’s event management, online contributions, communications and contact-management capabilities replaced several paid services, addressed the data-transition challenge, and delivered measurable fundraising and operational savings for Art for Impact.
