A CiviCRM Case Study
Amnesty International Vlaanderen, a section of the global human rights organization, sought to improve engagement with new petition signers by creating a multi-step email journey. Their challenge was to automate this process within their CiviCRM system, ensuring communications were timely and that contacts could opt out at any point.
Using the CiviRules extension from CiviCRM, they implemented a three-part automated solution. The rules automatically added qualified new signers to a campaign group, triggered a sequence of five timed emails, and ensured immediate removal from the journey if a contact opted out. This solution from CiviCRM allowed Amnesty International Vlaanderen to efficiently nurture new supporters through a targeted, automated workflow.
