Amnesty International Vlaanderen, a nonprofit focused on human rights, needed a more efficient way to manage the large volume of new donors and supporters acquired through their street recruitment efforts. Their challenge was to quickly and accurately process this data, including recurring and one-off donations, into their long-standing CiviCRM system.

The vendor CiviCooP developed a custom CiviCRM extension for Amnesty International. This solution automatically imports data from recruitment agencies, using a Form Processor to create contacts, record donations, set up SEPA mandates for recurring contributions, and manage newsletter subscriptions. This streamlined process allows Amnesty International Vlaanderen to rapidly integrate new supporter information directly into CiviCRM, significantly improving the efficiency of their street recruitment operations.
