The religious organization needed a more robust membership and event management system to handle families and their specific needs, which their previous web-based database lacked. They partnered with CiviCRM to implement its CiviMember and CiviContribute services ahead of a critical membership renewal period, but they faced challenges in generating session-specific event rosters and reconciling automated recurring payments with their new Authorize.net processor.

CiviCRM, through its partner Pogstone, developed two custom searches to address these issues. The first search allowed staff to easily generate participant rosters for individual event sessions, while the second streamlined the reconciliation of recurring payments between CiviCRM and Authorize.net. As a result, the organization's staff saved a significant amount of time on administrative tasks and was able to successfully manage their major membership drive and event registrations.
