City of Aurora - Customer Case Study

City of Aurora, Colorado (population ~362,000) engaged CivicLive to design and implement a citizen-centered interactive website and CMS that would let residents make reports, track requests, view event videos, access staff directories and GIS maps. The City partnered with CivicLive beginning in 2016 to modernize its online presence and improve service delivery across departments.

CivicLive delivered an award-winning, analytics-driven website and CMS—winning an Interactive Media Award and a Graphic Design USA Design Award—by creating specialized departmental subpages, custom navigational elements, and integrating with Aurora’s ADFS authentication system. The result was improved usability for residents of all levels, enhanced content management for staff (who praise the new CMS), successful data/migration support, and ongoing partnership with CivicLive.
