Using Cityworks, Coon Rapids mapped vacant and rental properties, tracked inspection histories and organized repair workflows so staff can quickly see issues tied to specific addresses and respond more effectively. The Cityworks-enabled system improved coordination and transparency — helping the city fix problems, schedule inspections, maintain properties and brief the city council — turning potential liabilities into managed assets.
