Atlanta International Airport - Customer Case Study

Atlanta International Airport’s ATL Airport Art Program manages a large, rotating collection of site-specific artworks, exhibitions, and performances across the world’s busiest airport. As the scale and complexity of placements, rotations, exhibit cases, floor-space configurations, and associated maintenance grew, the program struggled with spreadsheets and paper records and needed a consolidated asset-management solution. With GISinc’s help they selected Cityworks Server AMS to meet those needs.

GISinc implemented Cityworks Server AMS and configured a GIS infrastructure so the Art Program can visualize assets and use service-request, work-order, and inspection templates to manage installations, repairs, rotations, and associated costs (including fabrication and promotional materials). Cityworks centralized lifecycle tracking and cost visibility, replacing fragmented manual processes, streamlining maintenance and procurement workflows, and giving the team a holistic, auditable view of exhibit locations and status so staff can focus on the art.
