The Sprockets Program, a collaboration providing out-of-school time programs for youth in Saint Paul, needed a unified system to track participation and outcomes across its many diverse providers. Cityspan provided its solution to create a single, integrated citywide data tracking system to meet this challenge.

Cityspan implemented an online database that integrated data management across all programs, providing a wraparound view of services for individual students. This solution allowed for quick and accurate reporting, eliminated manual data review, and enabled the use of school district data to better understand participants. As a result, Cityspan gave administrators the information needed to expand the network and show the impact of these programs on the city, tracking over 7,400 youth annually.
