UnidosUS, a nonprofit focused on creating opportunities for Latinos and other underserved communities, needed a cost-effective way to manage high volumes of online applications, event registrations, and compliance reporting for its affordable housing programs. Using CitySoft’s Community Enterprise software platform, UnidosUS was able to support its Learning Alliance and Housing and Financial Empowerment activities more efficiently.

CitySoft provided UnidosUS with tools for form building, event registration, reporting portals, and flat-rate pricing that avoided transaction-based cost increases. As a result, UnidosUS managed more than 23,000 applications, over 20,000 event registrations across 800+ events and webinars, and more than 30,000 reporting files from partners, while saving significant money that could be redirected to affordable housing initiatives.
