The Appraisers Association of America worked with CitySoft to replace several disconnected systems and simplify how it managed its website, membership, events, donations, email, applications, and ecommerce. Using CitySoft’s Community Enterprise software, AAA wanted a more unified, affordable way to handle member services, online transactions, and internal data without juggling separate tools.
CitySoft implemented a single platform that combines CRM, website management, membership, event registration, forms, donations, email newsletters, online store, and group tracking, including Google Maps-based member search. The result was lower operating cost, easier support and maintenance, better visibility into member activity, and no additional ecommerce transaction fees, which saved AAA money across tens of thousands of online transactions over many years.
