SweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt in Parkersburg, West Virginia, built a strong community-focused franchise through personal service, local events, and fundraising support. But as a husband-and-wife team working 70–80 hours a week, Colleen and Jerry needed a more efficient way to manage customer loyalty and marketing while growing a customer base in a new community.
