Farr’s Fresh used CityGro’s kiosk and loyalty messaging tools to strengthen customer engagement and grow its contact list in a modern, convenient way. Their challenge was to connect with more customers, encourage repeat visits, and replace older tactics like punch cards and manual business-card collection.

CityGro helped Farr’s Fresh launch a points-based loyalty program with automated reminder texts and emails, plus regular promotions, event updates, and birthday or holiday offers. The results were strong: the business built a network of thousands of contacts, cut third-party advertising and punch card costs, and saw major sales lifts from campaigns—one holiday send drove 3,805 texts and 800+ emails, 78 text redemptions and 11 email redemptions, and more than doubled sales to $1,537, with average sale up $2.50.
