City Detect implemented its PASS AI® platform, an AI-powered computer vision system that captures and analyzes street-level imagery to automatically detect a wide range of code violations and blight conditions from public roadways. The solution streamlined workflows, automated reporting, and enabled cross-department collaboration, resulting in the identification of 623 parcel violations and over 18,000 roadside issues.
