UVMMC consolidated onto Citrix Workspace—migrating VMware Horizon View desktops to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, centralizing management, moving email to Office 365, and upgrading infrastructure to Dell EMC HCI. The rollout enabled Dragon Medical One dictation from any device, session roaming for clinicians, Citrix Ready workspace hubs for bedside displays, and unified endpoint and file access plans. The result is a simpler, centrally managed environment that boosts clinician productivity, frees up time for patient care, and sets the network up for a single-pane Workspace App experience.
