Stater handles more than one million mortgages with greater efficiency thanks to Citrix Workspace

Stater, a 100% subsidiary of ABN AMRO and the largest mortgage service provider in the Netherlands, processes more than one million loans a year and supports roughly 40% of the Dutch mortgage market. To modernize working practices under its “Working Together Now” program, Stater needed fast, reliable and secure access to up‑to‑date data for a growing, increasingly remote workforce, so it partnered with Avensus to adopt a new digital workspace.

Using Citrix Workspace (including XenApp/XenDesktop, XenMobile, NetScaler and ShareFile), Stater gave 1,400+ employees and external partners continuous, secure access to apps and data from any device or location. The deployment improved performance and stability, centralized mobile management, enabled proactive IT monitoring, supported rapid staff growth and helped the company continue to efficiently and securely process over one million mortgage applications annually.
