National Training Drives Success in Vocational Education With Citrix Solutions

National Training is a 37‑year‑old vocational school in Florida that trains truck drivers and heavy equipment operators through a hybrid model of distance learning and hands‑on instruction. With a small field sales force and a dispersed student body, the organization struggled to cost‑effectively recruit nationwide, deliver consistent sales training, support distance learners with limited tech skills, and efficiently match graduates with employer openings—challenges that threatened enrollment, retention and placement outcomes.

National Training deployed Citrix cloud tools—GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting (HDFaces), GoToTraining, GoToAssist, GoToMyPC—and built custom Podio apps for student social interaction, resident services and graduate placement (with planned DocuSign integration). The solutions enabled scalable webinars and remote interviews, real‑time tech support, centralized sales training and automated job matching.
