London-based Nasstar provides subscription cloud IT through VAR and MSP partners, replacing locally installed systems with hosted desktops and apps. To grow with trends like cloud services, mobile/BYOD and consumerization, the company needed a channel-friendly, subscription pricing model and faster, more scalable delivery than its existing hosted-desktop offering.

Nasstar joined the Citrix Service Provider program and used Citrix XenApp and Citrix Receiver to deliver desktops, apps and email by subscription with no upfront commitments. The platform improved user experience, security and device flexibility, cut endpoint and IT costs, enabled rapid onboarding (hours to start, weeks to migrate) and helped Nasstar attract new partners and expand market reach.
