MTM seeks to transform healthcare logistics with Citrix workspace solutions

Medical Transportation Management (MTM) needed a secure, scalable way to support its 1,000+ call center agents, protect HIPAA-controlled data, and keep operations running even when disruptions hit. To address these challenges, MTM partnered with Citrix to create a flexible digital workspace that would let employees work anywhere, anytime and help the business respond quickly to new contracts and growth.

Citrix, working with partner ISG Technology, implemented Citrix Workspace cloud service with Citrix ADC to deliver secure access to internal applications and patient data across locations and devices. The results included faster scaling, the ability to spin up new business operations almost immediately, improved disaster recovery, and more consistent access for frontline staff. MTM also gained greater workforce flexibility, helping retain contact center employees and support continued expansion.
