Mobility and efficient workflows with digital signatures

Unipro, a Dutch manufacturer of sustainable floor adhesives and part of the Uzin Utz Group with about 115 employees, wanted to digitize paper-based field workflows to cut printing and shipping, support sustainability goals and speed up updates for roaming sales and technical staff who previously carried dozens of folders. The company sought a mobile, automated workflow and signature solution to eliminate delays and reduce administrative overhead.

Working with Citrix and partner Lesscher IT, Unipro deployed iPads managed via Citrix XenMobile and XenDesktop and moved documents to Citrix ShareFile, WorxMail and RightSignature for digital approvals. About 25 field staff now access up-to-date materials and sign documents anywhere; device management costs fell by 50% and Unipro estimates at least €50,000 in annual savings, faster sales cycles, reduced printing/shipping and a strong return on investment.
