LG CNS, a leading IT services company, needed a more flexible development environment across its corporate group and clients while fundamentally preventing internal data leakage. LG CNS deployed Citrix XenDesktop after pilot testing, enabling centralized desktop management, rapid provisioning (users gain access within ~30 minutes on company netbooks), continued access during hardware failures, and improved multimedia performance via Citrix HDX. The rollout strengthened security, sped onboarding, minimized downtime, and created a scalable virtual desktop service LG CNS now offers to customers.
