LeasePlan, a global fleet-management company handling more than 1.7 million vehicles from 110+ branches in 32 countries, relied on centralized Dublin data centres and costly MPLS circuits. That architecture caused long provisioning times, backhauled internet traffic that hurt SaaS and real-time app performance (video/VoIP), and constrained the company’s ability to scale and adopt cloud services.

Working with Zinopy, LeasePlan deployed Citrix SD-WAN to enable secure local internet breakouts, mix broadband/ADSL/4G with smaller MPLS links, and prioritise application traffic at a granular level. The result was dramatic WAN cost reductions by displacing much MPLS spend, faster and more reliable low‑latency connectivity (even via 4G), improved security and user experience, and a rapid, cloud‑ready pivot for the business.
