Indonesian consumer goods company modernizes their workplace

Kino Group, one of Indonesia’s largest consumer goods companies, faced rising real estate and infrastructure costs and needed to become more mobile and agile. The company also struggled with inefficient, insecure email-based collaboration and wanted a way to support remote work and BYOD while reducing office footprint.

Kino piloted Citrix XenDesktop, Workplace Suite, ShareFile and a “Follow Me” phone setup to give staff secure, remote access to apps and files from any device. The solution enabled shared, open-plan workspaces with fewer desks, improved file security and tracking, and plans to expand the digital workplace across other offices, retail sites and factories.
