Implementing Citrix NetScaler as a balancer application for Kaspi Bank

Kaspi Bank, Kazakhstan’s leading retail lender with the country’s largest call center, needed to scale and secure its Oracle Siebel CRM as customer demand surged. The bank required intelligent load balancing, stronger application and network security, data‑loss protection, cost optimization, and support for enterprise cloud and mobile networks.

Kaspi implemented Citrix NetScaler (including NetScaler Insight Center and VPX/MPX appliances) as an application delivery controller and load balancer. The deployment centralized traffic delivery, improved monitoring and visibility, hardened application and network security, reduced costs, and scaled to support roughly 20 banking services while allowing future feature updates without major hardware upgrades.
