Belgium-based Net Computer Group evolved from an IT services firm into a white‑label reseller delivering cloud business infrastructure to small companies and ISVs. Their challenge was to scale customer acquisition and standardize environments without increasing staff, and to replicate their cloud-ready server and desktop services across a partner network.

They implemented a Citrix stack (XenDesktop, XenApp, CloudPortal Services Manager and NetScaler) and launched a self‑service portal and Cloudbizz white‑label offering for resellers. The result: rapid, repeatable onboarding with resellers, roughly 900–1,000 companies concurrently on the platform, reliable hosted applications for ISVs (including accounting software), faster growth and plans to expand into Luxembourg.
