Hays relies on Citrix for its new work strategy

Hays, a global recruitment specialist with more than 10,000 employees across 33 countries (about 2,000 in Germany), needed a modern workspace strategy to support mobile working, secure sensitive data and simplify collaboration with external partners. The company faced an urgent migration away from an outdated BlackBerry environment for roughly 1,700 users and needed a solution that combined strong security, easy device management and fast rollout of applications and desktops.

Working with SVA, Hays implemented Citrix Endpoint Management, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix networking (NetScaler) and App Layering on a Nutanix hyperconverged platform. The result: secure separation of personal and business apps, fast onboarding and automatic device configuration, higher user productivity and acceptance, fewer support tickets, quicker application deployment, seamless collaboration with external teams and a highly available, easily scalable VDI environment (sub-10-second logins).
