Magic Cloud is a Finland-based hosted cloud services provider that grew from a young entrepreneur’s vision into a specialist in IT-as-a-Service, Desktops-as-a-Service and Apps-as-a-Service for accounting firms, private healthcare and ISVs. Its customers often lack internal IT resources but need secure remote access, mobility and managed IT, creating challenges around provisioning, billing and the hidden “soft costs” of supporting users.

To address this, Magic Cloud built a Citrix-based platform and deployed the BSS starter pack with Interworks Cloud BSS and help from Nimateks Consulting to automate multi-tenant provisioning, billing and customer self-service. The result was accurate invoices and transparent customer spend, major time savings that let staff focus on higher‑value work, faster onboarding and scalable growth—supporting deeper vertical specialization and plans to expand domestically and abroad.
