Capio Proximity Care, part of Capio with over 11,000 employees and medical sites across Europe, operates more than 70 local health centers in Sweden. With 72 centers across 12 counties and a mix of local IT environments, Capio needed a standardized, secure mobile solution so business managers could access company systems and data reliably from any location.

Working with consultant Xenit, Capio deployed iPads managed via Citrix XenMobile, using Citrix Worx for encrypted app access and ShareFile for secure cloud storage; Xenit handles deployment, user support and device controls (lock, GPS tracking, remote wipe). The rollout gave managers anytime access to financial reports and core systems, reduced administrative overhead, improved operational efficiency, and paved the way to extend secure mobile access to patient information.
