Case Study: Assistanspoolen achieves rapid launch and scalable digital care services in Ukraine with Citrix

A Citrix Case Study

Preview of the Assistanspoolen Case Study

Assistanspoolen brings care services to Ukraine with the help of Citrix

Assistanspoolen, a Swedish care company led by co‑founder Carina Ryder, launched commercial home care services in Ukraine to fill a gap where no personalized social care system exists. Committing 4% of turnover to help single mothers and disadvantaged groups, the company needed a fully digital, cost‑effective platform to scale quickly and turned to Platinum Citrix Solution Advisor AcelQ for help.

In three months AcelQ built a centralized management, billing, CRM and training system using Citrix Cloud technologies (Podio, XenMobile, NetScaler, XenApp/XenDesktop, ShareFile). Caregivers receive daily job lists, workflows and training via company smartphones (QR check‑ins, with beacon upgrades planned), improving security, cutting management costs and enabling rapid growth—targeting 600 staff in the first year—while making the operation scalable for expansion and earning public recognition for its social impact.
