Peugeot UK’s communications team needed a cost-effective media intelligence service to monitor daily coverage, flag critical stories and measure the quality and reach of PR activity for reporting to the French HQ. They wanted simple, jargon‑free executive reports suitable for multilingual stakeholders, daily alerts to inform local strategy and the ability to track coverage and sentiment for specific models and target audiences.

Gorkana delivered a bespoke monitoring and analysis service with defined KPIs, a daily alerting system, app/website access and a monthly executive scorecard that evidences performance against objectives. The solution enables on‑demand inspection of model coverage, tracking of launches and events, measurement of favourability and audience reach, and has been extended to Citroën and DS to ensure consistent media measurement across the PSA Group.
