Shibaura Institute of Technology needed a better way to monitor and troubleshoot its campus network, especially as Wi-Fi issues were difficult to diagnose after the fact. Using Cisco Meraki’s Cloud Monitoring for Catalyst, the institute began managing switches and access points through the Meraki dashboard to improve visibility and streamline operations.

Cisco Meraki helped the institute centralize status monitoring for about 160 devices, making it easier to identify the source of problems, check historical network conditions, and respond faster to failures. The result was greater operational efficiency, clearer troubleshooting guidance, and reduced manual workload, with cloud-based features continuing to evolve after deployment.
