A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the Peet's Coffee & Tea Case Study

Taking advantage of increased network visibility and control across 193 locations

Peet's Coffee & Tea, an artisan coffee roaster and specialty tea retailer with over 190 locations, needed greater network visibility and control as iPads and web apps increased demands across its 193 retail sites. Peet's selected Cisco Meraki, deploying Meraki MX cloud‑managed security appliances and Meraki wireless LAN access points to standardize connectivity and provide secure guest Wi‑Fi.

Cisco Meraki implemented a cloud‑managed solution using MX Security Appliances for secure VPN and centralized security, Meraki APs for guest Wi‑Fi, and the Meraki dashboard for centralized management. The deployment covered all 193 locations, improved manageability, reliability and performance, and dramatically reduced IT support load by giving Peet’s centralized visibility and control.
