Case Study: Reebonz achieves simplified, cloud-based global network management across 8 countries with Cisco Meraki

A Cisco Meraki Case Study

Preview of the Reebonz Case Study

Supporting rapid regional expansion in retail with full stack solution

Reebonz, a Singapore-founded online luxury retailer with 250+ employees across eight countries, needed a simpler, more secure network that a two-person IT team could manage. Facing a patchwork of vendors and requiring next‑generation firewall capabilities (IDS/IPS), Reebonz chose Cisco Meraki’s full stack—MR access points, MS switches and MX security appliances—to deliver centralized, cloud-based network management and improved security.

Cisco Meraki deployed MX100 UTM appliances, MS350 Layer‑3 switches and MR32/MR72 access points (PoE), managed from the Meraki cloud dashboard and mobile app. As a result, Reebonz’s two IT staff can centrally manage offices and warehouses in eight countries, pinpoint failing APs or power issues, troubleshoot remotely (avoiding weekend site visits), and clone configurations to push new-site deployments in minutes—simplifying support and speeding rollouts.
