Cisco Meraki implemented a unified, cloud‑managed network with Meraki Health and a single dashboard for remote management, letting Common Ground deploy new locations in minutes and manage multiple branches from anywhere. The result: dramatically fewer on‑site visits (one person can now deploy remotely), faster problem identification and reduced unplanned downtime, improved scalability and higher customer satisfaction—plus analytics from the Meraki platform for better capacity and marketing planning.
